Vitamin B12 Hevert Ampullen 20x2 ml:

Vitamin B12  (Cyancobalamin) ist wichtig für das Nervensystem, die Gedächtnisleistung die Zellteilung und Blutbildung. Ein Mangel kann zu Kribbeln, Schwächegefühl, Erschöpfung und Konzentrationsschwierigkeiten führen. Häufig treten auch Muskelzuckungen auf.
Eine Therapie mit Ampullen sollte immer mit einem Arzt besprochen werden.

Injektionslösung Wirkstoff: Cyanocobalamin 3000 μg

Vitaminpräparat Anwendungsgebiete:
Vitamin B12-Mangel, der ernährungsmäßig nicht behoben werden kann. Vitamin B12-Mangel kann sich in folgenden Krankheitsbildern äußern: − Hyperchrome makrozytäre Megaloblastenanämie (Perniciosa, Biermer-Anämie, Addison-Anämie; dies sind Reifungsstörungen der roten Blutkörperchen). − Funikuläre Spinalerkrankung (Rückenmarkschädigung). Ein labordiagnostisch gesicherter Vitamin B12-Mangel kann auftreten bei: − jahrelanger Mangel- und Fehlernährung (zum Beispiel durch streng vegetarische Kost), − Malabsorption (ungenügende Aufnahme von Vitamin B12 im Darm) durch - ungenügende Produktion von Intrinsic factor (ein Eiweiß, das in der Magenschleimhaut gebildet und zur Aufnahme von Vitamin B12 benötigt wird), - Erkrankungen im Endabschnitt des Ileums (Teil des Dünndarms), zum Beispiel Sprue, - Fischbandwurmbefall oder - Blind-loop-Syndrom (Änderung des Darmverlaufs nach Magenoperation), −angeborenen Vitamin B12-Transportstörungen
