PEROCUR 250 mg hard capsules with dry yeast for the symptomatic treatment of acute diarrhea, traveler's diarrhea, or diarrhea during tube feeding, as well as for the prevention of traveler's diarrhea

PEROCUR 250 mg hard capsules contain dry yeast from Saccharomyces cerevisiae HANSEN CBS 5926 (= S. boulardii). The dry yeast can be taken for acute diarrhea or to prevent traveler's diarrhea.

The capsules should preferably be taken whole with a glass of water. For children under 6 years of age or for tube feeding, the capsule can also be opened so that the contents can be mixed into food, liquid, or nutritional supplements (at room temperature).
