Children from 6 years of age and adults 1 tablet once a day, regardless of meals.
Patients with renal dysfunction: it may be necessary to reduce the single or total dose or increase the interval between doses in consultation with the doctor.

How does the active ingredient of the drug work?

The active ingredient helps to combat allergies and soothe itching. It suppresses the effect of histamine and prostaglandins, the body's own substances, in two ways: Firstly, it inhibits the release of the substances from mast cells (special defence cells) in the blood and tissues; secondly, it displaces the substances from their binding sites. As tissue hormones and messenger substances, histamine and prostaglandins play an important role in the development of inflammation and allergic reactions.

What should you pay attention to? - Be careful if you are lactose intolerant. If you have to follow a diet for diabetics, you must take the sugar content into account.
