Therapy with Schüßler salts is a popular naturopathic treatment. Many complaints can be alleviated with the help of Schüßler salts or do not occur at all after preventive intake. Especially in self-medication and everyday use, the Schüßler salts are a widespread alternative to conventional medicine. Support for every cell
Minerals have functions in the body as building and operating materials. Schüßler himself said about the minerals:
A sufficient amount of minerals (=quantity) is the prerequisite for the building of the body and the metabolism. These minerals should ideally be taken in as part of a healthy diet. As operating substances, the specifically prepared Schüßler salts aim at balancing the mineral ions inside and outside the cell and thereby support the regulation of the mineral balance.
High dilution, strong effectiveness
Schüßler was already aware of the problem of a high dosage of minerals. Today the knowledge is even more differentiated and scientifically proven. Too much zinc, for example, disturbs the copper metabolism and thus inhibits the body's utilisation of iron.
These consequences cannot occur with the intake of the minerals according to Dr. Schüßler due to the dilution. There are also no "opposites" and mutually exclusive effects of different Schüßler salts. Therefore, different Schüßler salts can be taken simultaneously as cures.
The intake of classical mineral preparations can also be supplemented by Schuessler salts! Which Schüßler salt is the right one?
Depending on your needs, different Schüßler salts can be used. Different remedies can also be combined with each other. Below you will find an overview of the minerals according to Dr. Schüßler and their occurrence in the body.

Let the Schüßler salts melt in your mouth
Because of the practical dosage, our tablets are the most popular way of taking them.
The tablets should be melted individually in the mouth. In doing so, the mineral molecules dissolve out of the tablet and are absorbed through the mucous membrane of the mouth. The general dosage recommendation is to let one tablet melt in the mouth once to three times a day in chronic cases, and up to six tablets a day in acute cases.
Mineral tablets according to Dr. Schüßler are pharmacy-only medicines that are produced according to the specifications of the homeopathic pharmacopoeia (HAB) and are therefore only available in pharmacies. According to the HAB, the carrier of the tablets is always lactose (milk sugar).
Hot 7:
The "Heiße 7" (hot 7) is a special tablet. 10 tablets of the Schüßler salt no. 7 Magnesium phosphoricum are dissolved in 0.2 l of boiled hot water. The application is recommended for acute complaints. This type of application is also suitable to prevent unpleasant flatulence.
Dissolving the Schüßler salts in water
Dissolving the Schüßler salts (tablets or powder) in water has also proven to be effective:
dissolve the daily dose in a litre of water
hold each sip in the mouth for a moment so that the mineral molecules can be absorbed through the oral mucosa.
drink the mixture throughout the day.
Unlike the Schuessler salt tablets, where residues may flocculate at the bottom of the container when dissolved, the Schuessler salt in powder form dissolves completely and clearly.
